It is a world heritage of Nara, the east tower of Yakushi-ji Temple. The height that was erected for 730 yearsIt is precious cultural assets conveying then culture at a triple tower of 34.1m in now. The chaitya which Yakushiji prayed for the ill recovery of the Her Majesty Empress Uno Sagara that the Emperor Tenmu was the later Emperor Jitou for 680 years and founded in the ground of Asuka. It is appointed in world's cultural heritage as cultural assets of ancient city Nara.
