No.5980 The Yakushi-ji Temple south gate
It is world heritage of Nara, the south gate of Yakushi-ji Temple. It is a small four-foot gate in the precincts south front built in 1512. The chaitya which Yakushiji prayed for the ill recovery of the Her Majesty Empress Uno Sagara that the Emperor Tenmu was the later Emperor Jitou for 680 years and founded in the ground of Asuka. It is appointed in world's cultural heritage as cultural assets of ancient city Nara.
